Pathways Health Centre for children

In 2005 the SSM undertook an exercise to choose a new Community Partner to support. The selection decision was based on a number of key criteria: the organization had to help children, use the donated funds in the Lambton County region, actively help the SSM raise funds, use the donated funds for specific programs, and have administrative costs no greater than 10%. The SSM assessed 5 local community organizations and selected Pathways Health Centre for Children because they met all 5 criteria. Pathways supports over 3000 families in our community each year and has used our donations to purchase special lifting devices for children with mobility issues, specialized audio equipment to help those with hearing deficiency, pool refurbishment etc. Pathways Board of Directors have been amazed and extremely thankful for our donation efforts and more importantly our wonderful partnership.
To date, our club has raised over $300,000 (2023) to assist Pathway's with improving their services to the Sarnia/Lambton community.
